Peter J. Ross

Peter received his undergraduate degree from Emory University College in 1987 and his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 1992. During law school, Peter worked in the Fulton County District Attorney's Office. After gaining valuable trial experience, Peter decided to open his own litigation firm to protect the rights of individuals charged with committing crimes and also to fight for those who have been injured as a result of someone else's negligence. As a personal injury lawyer, Peter has represented clients from across the State of Georgia who have been seriously injured or killed due to the negligence of others. This includes incidents involving automobile and tractor trailer collisions, slip and falls, defective products and medical malpractice. Throughout the years Peter has recovered millions of dollars in damages on behalf of his clients and their families. Peter has a reputation in the legal community for recovering full compensation for his clients' injuries, whether it be from settlement, mediation, or trial.
