Rachel B. Keller Esq.

Rachel Keller’s practice centers around estate planning, probate matters, guardianships, and conservatorships. Rachel also assists several local law firms as they navigate probate court for their clients: opening probate estates and obtaining approval of settlements for minors and incapacitated adults. Rachel enjoys working with clients and their advisors to collaboratively work towards a plan that will best meet that individual client’s needs. Rachel has been practicing law since 2009. She joined Georgia Legacy Law Group, LLC after spending seven years practicing insurance defense and personal injury litigation at a boutique Atlanta law firm, where she handled hundreds of litigation matters. While this litigation background may seem unrelated to her current practice, it provides a unique perspective as Rachel works with clients to try and avoid litigation themselves – whether it is in the estate planning context or the probate context. Rachel is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section and the Alpharetta Chamber. Rachel was born in Athens, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia. She went on to earn her law degree from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham. Rachel met her husband, Adam—who is also an attorney—at Cumberland School of Law. The couple currently resides in Alpharetta with their daughter, Millie, and rescue dog, Doc.
