Randall Duncan

Randall W. Duncan is a former United States Immigration Judge who gained considerable courtroom experience while serving the United States Department of Justice, the United States Department of Homeland Security, the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia, and the District Attorney for the Coweta Judicial Circuit. Mr. Duncan was conferred a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration by the University of Georgia, and a Juris Doctor by the John Marshall Law School. A member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1997, he concentrates in criminal defense.
