Robert Warren

Robert represents both debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy matters. Robert earned his J.D. with honors from Mercer University School of Law. While at Mercer Law, he was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in the Consumer Bankruptcy Program and served as Vice President of the National Security Law Society. Robert’s practice is informed by additional experience in corporate defense, insurance defense, and real estate law, giving him a broad perspective on the challenges clients face. Before law school, Robert received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University.
