Sherrill N. Britt

Sherrill N. Britt practices workers' compensation law in Morgan & Morgan's Atlanta office. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Britt worked as an insurance defense attorney, representing employers and insurance companies in all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including discovery, hearings, appeals, and settlement mediations. As a result, Ms. Britt has unique and invaluable experience on "the other side" of workers' compensation claims, which she uses to zealously represent injured workers. Ms. Britt enjoys and focuses on helping her clients through the complexities of a workers' compensation claim to get all benefits that an injured worker is entitled under the law. Ms. Britt has authored numerous articles and spoken on panels at workers' compensation conferences in Georgia. Ms. Britt attended Georgia State University Law School and graduated with magna cum laude honors. While in law school, she was awarded the Litigation Award of Excellence and was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association.
