Stephen H. Sparwath

Mr. Sparwath and his long-time law partner, Burt Satcher, joined OGEJS in July 2007. Steve Sparwath’s litigation practice includes experience in professional liability, products liability, general personal injury defense, premises liability and employment law. For the past 20 years, Mr. Sparwath has been principally involved in the defense of physicians, medical care providers, and hospitals in medical and general liability cases. Mr. Sparwath received his undergraduate degree from Emory University (B.A. 1983) and his law degree from the Catholic University School of Law (J.D. 1986). Mr. Sparwath has given in-house seminars to hospital employees on multiple claim related issues and lectured on professional liability topics.
