Timothy A. Heath

Timothy Heath started at this firm in 2013 and hit the ground running. When he first came to the firm, it was clear that he had striking potential to battle against the judicial system for clientele. Attorney Heath, a native of Carroll County and pernicious foe for insurance companies and authorities, proves to be one of the most litigious attorneys in the area. Timothy Heath is a brazen attorney with the ability to neutralize absurdity. Although, Mrs. Duke is commonly called “The Bulldog of the Court,” Mr. Heath is an Asp for justice—serving venomous bites with relentless speed against the injustices lurking throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Timothy Heath graduated from the University of West Georgia with a B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance Magna Cum Laude and pursued his Juris Doctor at Georgia State University in the College of Law. He has since worked with the Harden Law Firm in 2011 and with the Office of the Insurance Commissioner from 2011-2013. Now and since 2013 with his experience and determination shining, he represents one half of Duke & Heath’s brilliant duo.
