Timothy J. MacMillan

Tim MacMillan moved to Georgia after graduating from law school. He began practicing law in West Georgia in 2001. Tim's primary focus of law is in Domestic and Family Law, Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Social Security and Probate and Will's. Tim's primary goal is to ensure that each client receives the special attention that they deserve. Tim is also a certified mediator, helping individual's resolve their legal issues outside of a courtroom. Tim is actively involved in the West Georgia Community. He is a member of the Carrollton Dawnbreaker's Rotary Club, serving as President from 2010-2011. He has served on the Board of the West Georgia Rape Crisis Center, the Carroll County Emergency Shelter and CASA.
