Waukeshia D. Jackson

Waukeshia D. Jackson is a native of Louisiana and a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU) where she received both her Bachelor of Science degree and Juris Doctor degree. Waukeshia also possesses a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. During law school, she gained experience in various areas of law while clerking for the late Honorable Judge James Joseph Brady of the Middle District of Louisiana. After law school, Waukeshia begin her legal career as a Contract Manager for a Fortune 500 company in Austin, Texas and later worked as an Attorney for a boutique law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Waukeshia is a member of both the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Georgia. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She also enjoys mentoring young adults and volunteering with various non-profit organizations to educate and empower young adults.
