William Gooding

William represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases as well as bankruptcy adversary proceedings. In addition, William represents creditors and debtors in civil litigation at the federal and state court level. William received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. While a student at UGA, William served as an intern for the Honorable Paul M. Baisier and Wendy L. Hagenau in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. William also served as a Notes Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to law school, William graduated manga cum laude from the Clemson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.
