Bruce A. Schoenberg

Bruce A. Schoenberg has over 30 years of experience in the areas of securities, complex commercial litigation and corporate law. Mr. Schoenberg worked at some of the largest law firms in New York and New Jersey early in his career, and was a founding partner of Schrader & Schoenberg, LLP, where he practiced for more than 15 years. Immediately prior to joining Bushnell Law Group, Mr. Schoenberg was employed by the Securities Enforcement Branch of the Hawaii Department of Commerce & Consumer Affairs, where he was responsible for enforcing the Hawaii securities and franchise laws. He has represented brokerage firms, individual brokers and customers in arbitrations and enforcement actions before FINRA, the SEC and the CFTC, has represented corporate officers and directors in numerous private securities actions, and has represented numerous parties in partnership, close corporation and limited liability company disputes. Mr. Schoenberg has litigated numerous breach of contract claims, including breach of supply and demand contracts, franchisor/franchisee disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and construction contract disputes. His other areas of practice include RICO litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, banking litigation and antitrust litigation. Mr. Schoenberg has published numerous articles and has lectured on securities related topics and is a past Articles Coordinator for the ABA Securities Litigation News and a former editor of the ABA Class Action and Derivative Suits Newsletter.
