Daniel Chen

Daniel is a seasoned litigator with over 24 years of experience handling lawsuits and disputes involving trusts, partitions, real estate, businesses, and personal injury matters. His clients include local and national insurance carriers, hotels, and individuals. Daniel handles cases in state court, federal court, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and mediations. He serves as an Arbitrator and Mediator for NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation), and as an Arbitrator for the Hawaii Court Annexed Arbitration Program. Daniel is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (Oahu Region), the Association of Unit Owners of 1108 Auahi (Anaha), and the Hawaii State Board of Continuing Legal Education (aka MCLE Board).
