Joseph A. Dane

Sitting idle is definitely not on Joseph Dane's agenda. His law practice includes a diverse mix of subject areas and services a wide array of industries. Joseph has advised business and non-profit organizations on tax matters, including representation in Federal and State tax audits, and on corporate law questions of internal governance and structure. He has also advised local companies on issues involving intellectual property, copyright law, and general commercial contracting. In real estate matters, he has represented large and small property owners in ground lease negotiations, purchases and sales, and rent re-openings, and has been involved in a number of matters concerning agricultural leases and land use. OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE Remember how we said Joseph is never idle? When he has time, he hikes his favorite trails on Oahu, especially in the Honolulu area.
