Katherine A. Garson

Katherine A. Garson is Of Counsel in the firm's Hilo office and a member of the firm's Administrative Law, Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate, Land Use & Hospitality practice groups. Katherine previously served as the Assistant Corporation Counsel and a Deputy Corporation Counsel for the County of Hawai`i in Hilo. In that capacity, she provided advice and counsel to the Mayor and County Council, as well as to various departments, boards, and commissions within the County, including the Department of Water Supply and the Water Board. Her litigation experience has extended to areas such as civil rights and condemnation, and she has represented clients in federal and states courts.
