Lisa T. Redell

Lisa is dedicated to helping clients with real estate matters. She has assisted sellers, buyers and developers with the acquisition and sale of commercial properties. She is experienced with documentation and registration of condominium projects and advising and assisting with land sales disclosure subdivision registrations. Lisa also assists clients with commercial leasing, title and related general business matters, and enjoys working with owners and buyers of residential property to address encroachments, title issues and shared maintenance matters. Lisa is knowledgeable and experienced with legal issues in the vacation ownership industry. She rejoined Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel A Limited Liability Law Partnership LLP after many years working for a division of a national title and escrow company specializing in vacation ownership transactions. During this time Lisa worked on title and escrow operations and legal compliance. Lisa was born in Tokyo, Japan and speaks conversational Japanese.
