Michael A. Ealy

Before becoming a lawyer, Mike Ealy worked as a biologist for Weyerhaeuser Company. While working for Weyerhaeuser, his exposure to environmental litigation led him to return to the University of Idaho and obtain his law degree. Following his graduation, Mike began his legal career as a law clerk for First District Judge James F. Judd (now retired). After his clerkship, Mike accepted an associate position at Ramsden, Marfice, Ealy & De Smet, LLP and began a civil practice that included real estate and insurance defense related matters. Since becoming a partner at Ramsden & Lyons in 2006, Mike's civil practice has grown, with his practice areas now focused on construction law and construction defect litigation and arbitration, real estate law and boundary dispute litigation, and contract law and general contract litigation. He is also planning to expand his practice areas to include civil mediation. Mike is a long-time resident of North Idaho, growing up in Spirit Lake and graduating from Lakeland High School in Rathdrum. Awards and Honors Super Lawyers® Selectees Michael A.
