Mr. Lytle concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and business succession planning. Estate planning is one of the most neglected areas of financial (asset) planning as estimates range that only 30% to 50% of Americans have updated estate plan to protect themselves and their families. Unfortunately, many people have been lead to believe that only the wealthy need estate planning. A business succession plan is an estate plan for your business and involves more than who gets the ownership upon death. Surveys vary, but it is estimated that only between 25% and 30% of businesses have a succession plan in place. Whether for the individual or the business owner, a plan will be created to provide our clients with comprehensive and integrated estate planning solutions and strategies to create an estate plan that will be honored in the event of disability or death and accomplishes the intentions and goals of the client.
