Bary L. Gassman

Bary Gassman’s practice covers a variety of areas involving complex and multiparty litigation including negligence, breach of contract, wrongful death, fire litigation, property subrogation, insurance coverage disputes and maritime disasters. Bary spent nine years litigating cases involving construction negligence, professional malpractice, product liability, insurance coverage disputes, employment discrimination and commercial disputes. Bary is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried several cases to verdict, including a recent dispute in which his clients were awarded a record $39.5 million verdict. He has also successfully resolved hundreds of cases through arbitration and settlement. Bary has authored trial and appellate briefs on a variety of issues.
