About Brian K. Hetzer
Brian Hetzer joined Karlin, Fleisher & Falkenberg in January 2011, where he represents the rights of injured persons throughout the State of Illinois in motor vehicle collisions, incidents of nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice cases, and wrongful death matters. Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked as a trial lawyer for a downstate law firm, where he also represented the rights of injured persons. To date, Brian has represented individuals in over thirty counties throughout northern, central, and southern Illinois. During his career, Brian has participated in trials, mediations, and arbitrations. He also has been published in an appellate court decision, namely Kindel v. Tennis, 409 Ill.App.3d 1138, 949 N.E.2d 1119, 351 Ill.Dec. 24 (Fifth District 2011).
