Attorney Chloe Schultz joined the firm in 2019 and was named a Wise Law Offices partner in 2024. Chloe Schultz is a zealous negotiator and litigator, focusing her practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases involving premises liability and transportation accidents. Chloe Schultz has been selected to Super Lawyers™ Rising Stars every year since 2021. Just two years into her career, Chloe Schultz worked to secure a $750,000 settlement for the family of a man who died following a fall during a hospital stay. Since joining the firm in 2019 through mid 2025 she has recovered almost 5,000,000 for her clients. Throughout her career, Chloe Schultz has been a fierce advocate for victim’s rights. Prior to joining Wise Law, Chloe Schultz worked for a Chicago civil rights law firm protecting the rights of individuals injured as a result of various abuses of power and unconstitutional policies within government agencies throughout Illinois. She brings this same passion to Wise Law and works hard to deliver justice to individuals harmed by others. She develops personal relationships with her clients and tirelessly advocates on their behalf, understanding the major consequences of a devastating injury. In law school, Chloe Schultz completed multiple internships, including a coveted position working for Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan in the Northern District of Illinois. She was consistently named to the Dean’s List and received an honor for her public interest work.
