David C. Flosi

avid C. Flosi has been practicing law since 2003 after graduating with honors from the John Marshall Law School, where he was a Staff Editor for the Journal of Computer and Information Law. He has successfully taken over a dozen jury and non-jury trials to verdict, with impressive results. He has also taken hundreds of cases to arbitration and mediation on behalf of a wide variety of clients. He concentrates his practice on cases involving transportation, premises, and construction liability. He further concentrates on tort litigation involving alleged criminal assaults.
