Eric Rakoczy

Eric Rakoczy possesses a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Legal Masters (LL.M.) in business law and a certification in international law. Eric Rakoczy is a member of the IL Bar and the U.S. Court for the Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar, The Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and has made appearances in federal court for international legal issues. Eric has a background in technology solutions and by combining this with his legal experience helps guide new entrepreneurs to build new business ventures and existing entities to expand their businesses. In addition to contractual, securities and equity funding work, Eric Rakoczy also has extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal cases and has won jury trials.
