Erin Kathleen Kennedy

Erin is an associate attorney at Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb with a focus on commercial and civil litigation, real estate, and estate planning. Erin began her career at Byron Carlson Petri & Kalb as a law clerk. In 2017, she attended Saint Louis University School of Law and graduated in May 2020. In law school, Erin was involved in the school's Wellness Committee and the Women's Law Students' Association, while continuing to work at the firm. As a law clerk, Erin worked cross-functionally with the attorneys and gained experience in a variety of areas of law. Erin is licensed to practice law in Illinois. Erin has grown strong ties to the Edwardsville area and surrounding communities. She grew up in Joliet, Illinois and came to Edwardsville in 2013 to attend SIUE for her undergraduate degree. While at SIUE, she ran on the Cross-Country and Track & Field team. Erin is determined to achieve the best results for her clients and dedicates herself to continuously gaining knowledge and experience in her legal career.
