Gregory J. Jordan

Having first been sworn into the practice of law in 1984, Greg Jordan brings years of practical experience to the firm. Greg represents various small and mid-sized privately held corporations along with secured and unsecured creditors in reorganization cases and workouts. His areas of focus include complex corporate litigation and creditors' rights. He works with clients on transactional matters including drafting contracts and setting up corporations and limited liability companies. Mr. Jordan has published numerous articles relating to business and insolvency issues. He has been chosen to speak on restructuring and financial issues before several national organizations and was a guest lecturer for the University of Notre Dame Executive MBA Program.
