Jackie Carney

Jackie Carney is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on business services, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters, including contract negotiation, employment issues, and real estate transactions. Jackie earned her law degree from Notre Dame Law School and her undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. During law school, she served as the Executive Development Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. Before law school, Jackie started her career working at an investment research firm. After law school, Jackie served for several years as in-house counsel to the Archdiocese of Chicago and Catholic Charities, providing legal and strategic advice to schools, parishes, and programs. She continues to pursue her interest in legal, investment, and real estate matters facing not-for-profit entities and religious organizations.
