Jacob P. Johnston

Jacob was admitted to practice law in Illinois in January 2021. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, and DUI and Traffic. Jacob obtained courtroom experience interning, as a legal research intern and 711 intern, for the Madison County States Attorney's Office during his summers in law school. Jacob graduated from Edwardsville High School and attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he graduated with a degree in business management in 2017. He completed his legal education at Southern University School of Law, graduating in 2020 with a Juris Doctor degree. Jacob is an active member of the Madison County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice. Jacob was born and raised in Edwardsville, Illinois. He currently in St. Louis, Missouri. Jacob is an avid St. Louis Blues fan and Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. When he finds time, Jacob loves to golf, fish, and spend time with his family and friends. His father, Patrick, is the founding partner of Johnston Law Office and his mother, Tracy, is the head of the accounting and settlement department. He has two brothers, Mike and Ben, and they are triplets.
