Jason A. Orringer

Jason A. Orringer focuses his practice on estate planning and probate as well as transactional and corporate matters, including business formation, structuring, and contract drafting. Jason also helps clients with both commercial and residential real estate transactions. Jason uses his prior experience working in estate planning and probate to help navigate clients through developing and implementing plans for succession. He also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of trusts and estates. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Jason received his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2023 and his bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2020. During his time in law school, Jason served as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Regulatory Compliance.
