Jeffrey R. Kivetz

Jeff is a graduate of New York University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Jeff studied law at Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island and in 2005 received his Juris Doctor degree. After law school, Jeff practiced for eight years as a civil litigation attorney with the boutique law firm of Margulies Wind, P.C. located in Jersey City, New Jersey. As a civil litigator in New Jersey, Jeff primarily handled commercial and small business disputes, negligence liability and employment law matters. He is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit Bar. In 2013, Jeff was named a New Jersey Rising Star by Super Lawyers in the field of general litigation and named by Super Lawyers as an Illinois Rising Star in Civil Rights Litigation for 2015.
