Julian D. Hoshell

Mr. Hoshell earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He also graduated magna cum laude from University of St. Francis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Hoshell has recovered millions for clients in his career thus far including $250,000.00 for a client injured in a motor vehicle collision and $200,000.00 for a client that sustained a femur fracture in connection with a fall at an assisted living facility. Mr. Hoshell has handled numerous appellate matters, including writing the appellate brief that overturned the trial judge on a contested lawsuit in Cook County. Mr. Hoshell also spends his time working with Mr. Zayed on the firm’s most complex cases. Mr. Hoshell is recognized as a National Trial Lawyers top 40 under 40 trial attorney practicing civil plaintiff work throughout the U.S. This honor is extended solely to a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state.
