
About Kai Gigous
Kai is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he served as a fellow with the Center for the Human Rights of Children and contributed to United Nations reporting on border militarization. Prior to his legal studies, he resided in El Salvador, where he engaged in human rights work. During his legal education, he participated in asylum clinics and completed an internship with the National Immigrant Justice Center’s Anti-Trafficking Project, providing assistance to trafficking survivors in obtaining T-visas. He continues to advocate for immigrants through his volunteer work with the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights Rapid Response Team and the National Immigrant Justice Center. He truly believes doing this work is an honor and a privilege and looks forward to helping you on your immigration matters. Fluent in English and Spanish.
