Mr. Durlacher has extensive experience in real estate and commercial development and has represented multi-million dollar developers and home buyers throughout the Chicagoland area. Michael served 7+ years as General Counsel for a group of heavily regulated consumer finance companies providing risk management and regulatory oversight ensuring compliance with AML-Patriot Act, Dodd Frank, Gramm-Leach Bliley, TILA-Reg Z, Reg E, Reg A, TCPA, privacy, data security, vendor management, fraud protection, FDCPA and FCRA. Duties included: Management of business and civil litigation, regulatory actions, consumer rights complaints, demands and claims against clients or affiliated parties.
