Michael Ginos

Michael Ginos is a third-generation attorney whose family has practiced law in and around Montgomery County since 1948, beginning with his great uncle, Judge William Ginos, followed by his grandfather George Ginos and his uncle Robert Ginos. After graduating from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Spanish, Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he specialized in Business and Transactional Law. During law school, Michael worked on legal matters in the Civil Practice Clinic as a 7-11 licensed student attorney, assisting with estate and divorce cases. He also clerked at Brandon & Schmidt, where he gained experience in insurance defense litigation. Following law school, Michael served as a Prosecutor in the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office before joining The Gori Law Firm. There, he practiced complex litigation against pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and focused on personal injury litigation. He handled thousands of veterans’ 3M Combat Arms Earplug cases and worked alongside a trial team that secured a $7.1 million federal jury verdict on behalf of three veterans. Michael joined the Law Offices of Glenn & West, LLC in June 2021 and continues to serve his community both professionally and personally. He has served as President of the Hillsboro Lions Club, is a member of Rotary International, and is a former President of the Montgomery County Bar Association. At Glenn & West, Michael focuses his practice on personal injury, criminal and traffic defense, and estate planning, serving clients throughout Montgomery County and the surrounding Central Illinois communities.
