Michael P. Tomlinson

Michael P. Tomlinson is a shareholder at Tomlinson & Shapiro. Prior to founding Tomlinson & Shapiro, he was a shareholder at Tomlinson Law Office, P.C., which he founded in 2010. He began his legal career at a large national law firm, where he represented clients involved in various types of complex business litigation. At Tomlinson & Shapiro, Mr. Tomlinson continues to represent clients in complex litigation. He also represents clients with respect to various non-litigation matters, including forming, restructuring, and dissolving entities, drafting governing documents (e.g., operating agreements, buy/sell agreements), and drafting and reviewing contracts.
