Pierina "Rina" Infelise

Pierina "Rina" Infelise is currently a partner at The Law Office of Rohde and Infelise, PC, where she practices in all areas of criminal law, traffic offenses, DUI, domestic violence, and orders of protection. Additionally, Rina vigorously and passionately defends her clients that investigation of the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) for abuse or neglect. She also represents parents involved in abuse and neglect court and proceedings in juvenile court. Prior to becoming defense attorney, Rina was a Cook County Assistant State's Attorney prosecuting both felony and misdemeanor cases for over ten years. Ms. Infelise has extensive experience working with victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse, serving previously at the Banch 66 Homicide & Sex Unit and Domestic Violence divisions of the Cook County State's Attorney Office. Ms. Infelise's experiences as a prosecutor and her understanding of the workings of the opposing side benefits her clients tremendously. Ms. Infelise maintains active memberships throughout the local legal community with organizations. She is fluent in Italian and Spanish. In 2005, Ms. Infelise graduated from The John Marshall Law School (Cum Laude).
