Raluca Banculescu

Raluca Banculescu focuses her practice on commercial civil litigation and real estate transactions. Her background includes providing contract management, litigation, and consumer financial services to a variety of clients. Prior to joining Franklin, Greenswag, Channon & Capilla, LLC, Raluca represented title companies in commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure cases in various aspects of litigation. After graduating from law school, she worked as an associate representing public and private entities in eminent domain land acquisitions for right of way. During law school, Raluca served as an extern for Judge Daniel P. Brennan in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division.
