Robert Albrecht

Attorney Robert Albrecht has spent his career specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Many other personal injury firms will pass along much of the work to paralegals or secretaries, Robert rolls up his sleeves. Robert is passionate about getting to know and understand his clients' injuries and the impact that their injuries are having on their lives. Often times, Robert visits clients at their homes and discovers facts that might have not been mentioned or overlooked by an assistant. For example, during one meeting, Robert discovered his client was an accomplished pianist having won several awards and competitions. It was at that moment, Robert realized just how much her wrist injury had affected her life. Robert was able to use this fact, along with pictures and other evidence, to maximizing her recovery. Robert begins by immediately investigating each case and securing valuable evidence. For example, it may be necessary to send a private investigator to take pictures of the vehicles involved in a crash or get copies of red lights camera footage or store surveillance videos. Losing such critical evidence can be disastrous to successfully prosecuting a serious injury case. Since Robert gets involved in each case from the beginning, this ensures there will not be any delays in taking the steps necessary to preserve and acquire evidence. Robert earned his law degree from The John Marshall School of Law, where he was awarded a Certificate in Trial Advocacy - a distinction presented to fewer than three percent of all law students. Robert is a proud member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and American Association for Justice.
