William Tresch

William Tresch is an Associate in the Business Services practice area, focusing his practice principally on issues that arise throughout the life span of a business, from its initial organization to growth issues such as contractual agreements, and employment matters, through ongoing transactions of a mature enterprise such as tax planning, employee benefits, executive compensation, and financial problems. He has focused increasingly on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and the transition to the next generation of owners. William received his law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where he worked in the Bluhm Legal Clinic Center for Investor Protection and Complex Civil Litigation. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from University of Texas at Dallas where he was selected to join the Bill Archer Fellowship Program.
