Alicia M. Overbey

Alicia M. Overbey was born and raised in Marion, Indiana, where she graduated from Eastbrook High School. She graduated from Indiana University-Indianapolis in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Law in Liberal Arts. She received her J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2024. She was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2025. Alicia practices in Allen County, Grant County, and the surrounding areas focusing on divorce, child custody, child support, estate planning, and estate administration. Alicia is a member of the Allen County Bar Association as well as the Grant County Bar Association. Prior to becoming an attorney, Alicia worked as a paralegal for 8 years, in elder law and family law. Outside of the office, you’ll find Alicia spending time with her husband, Levi, and son, Jack and rooting on the Cincinnati Bengals.
