Eric Neidlinger

Eric Neidlinger has 17 years of private and in-house practice experience in the areas of real estate transactions and land use, commercial and multifamily residential development, business organizations and commercial transactions, employment, insurance and liability. Eric's practice at Cohen Garelick & Glazier is focused in the areas of real estate, business and commercial services. He represents owners, developers, builders, and contractors in all aspects of the acquisition, financing (debt and equity), development, ownership, leasing and sale of commercial and residential real estate projects. Eric also represents lenders in the negotiation and documentation of commercial loans, commercial property owners in landlord-tenant and fair housing matters, and businesses in transactional, employment and litigation matters. Before returning to private practice in 2014, Eric was in-house counsel at Pedcor Companies, a collection of businesses that operate under an umbrella of common ownership and engage in a wide variety of business lines, including the development, ownership and management of multifamily housing communities and commercial properties. As Vice President and Associate General Counsel, he provided counsel to the Companies' owners and executive officers in matters relating to the Companies' business interests and activities in the areas of real estate development, transactions and land use, the fair housing and employment laws, insurance and liability.
