Felicia A. Locke

Clients need an attorney who understands their needs and who can be an advocate for them, while providing competent legal services. That is where I come in. My name is Felicia Locke, an attorney in central Indiana focusing on the legal needs of everyday people. My practice focuses on personal injury, bankruptcy, family, criminal law and civil litigation. I offer full and limited scope representation. Originally I had a career in real estate and finance, I later pursued a legal degree. I received my undergraduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and received my law degree from Indiana Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Since becoming an attorney, I have developed a unique practice in which I assist clients who may not be able to afford traditional legal services or full representation. I believe that everyone needs equal access to the justice system and I recognize the genuine need to offer affordable legal services. I offer Limited Scope Representation, which allows clients to “unbundle” their services and pay for only what they need. I have a heart for serving others and have been a volunteer advocate for abused and neglected elders and a mentor for under-privileged teens. I currently serve as the legal partner for a non-profit organization that provides resources to struggling women.
