Grace B. Atwater

Grace Atwater earned her undergraduate degree from DePauw University and her law degree from Albany Law School. She graduated cum laude after serving as the Executive Managing Editor for the Albany Law Review. Before joining Kammen & Moudy, LLC, she worked at the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council as a law clerk. Ms. Atwater’s commitment to protecting the rights of all people is what drove her to become a criminal defense attorney, and what motivates her to provide the best defense possible to her clients. In addition to a zealous defense, she also tries to ensure every client feels understood and supported throughout the process. In addition to practicing criminal law at the trial court level, she also handles appeals, expungements, and sex offender registration issues.
