Jake Miller

Originally from Anderson, Indiana, Jake relocated to Terre Haute after law school, where he spent three (3) years with a local general practice firm, gaining experience in a number of practice areas, including personal injury, probate, estate planning, bankruptcy and real estate transactions and litigation, among many others. From there, Jake joined the Vigo County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where he spent four (4) years investigating and prosecuting major felonies while assigned to the Vigo Superior Court, Division 3. Jake’s broad range of experience in litigation and transactional work makes him an effective advocate and advisor both in and out of court, and since joining our firm in early 2015, he has resumed representing clients in a wide variety of legal matters.
