Jonathan R. Deenik

Jonathan R. Deenik is a Certified Family Law Specialist - Family Law Certification Board. He is also a trained collaborative lawyer, as trained by the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals. Jonathan is a registered Domestic Relations Mediator, and a Parenting Coordinator. Jonathan served on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association for 11 years, including as Chair. Jonathan has been sought after to be a presenter a number of seminars for the National Business Institute and the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. Jonathan has represented medical, legal, accounting, financial, closely held business owners, family farms, executives and other professionals and spouses. Jonathan practices in both family law and estate planning. Jonathan understands and appreciates that the best way to be successful in any family law or estate planning matter is to work as a team with his client. Jonathan knows the only way to work as a team is to maintain an open line of communication with his clients to best serve their evolving needs . Jonathan resides with his Wife and three daughters in Center Grove. He is an avid golfer, though he swears he is much better at the practice of law.
