Josh Brown

Josh Brown is a franchise attorney with a national practice helping business owners make smart franchise decisions. Josh works with new and emerging franchisors to help them work through their legal challenges and grow through the franchise model. This includes assisting with business set up, trademarking, licensing issues, employment matters, HR issues and all other legal-related matters pertaining to a franchise or licensing structure. Additionally, he helps entrepreneurs identify and pursue good franchise opportunities. Finally, when a franchise relationship breaks down, Josh helps his clients with litigation and workout arrangements. Josh is a recognized Indiana Super Lawyer, Franchise Legal Eagle, and Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for a national non-profit organization (College Mentors For Kids) that provides weekly mentoring for at risk youth. Before becoming an attorney, Josh worked in business management, sales, marketing, and operations for several businesses, including two franchise systems. He combines his business background, entrepreneurial skills, and legal experience to help entrepreneurs in all aspects of their business growth, with a focus on franchising. Josh is the creator and host of Franchise Euphoria, a top-rated podcast that sheds light on the evolving world of business franchising.
