Justin Pelkey

Justin Pelkey has been practicing law in Indiana for over five years, with his primary focus on family law. He is dedicated to guiding clients through complex and often emotional legal matters with clarity, empathy, and practical insight. In addition to family law, Justin has experience assisting clients with wills and powers of attorney, helping them plan thoughtfully for the future. Justin believes strongly in education and civic engagement and volunteers his time coaching high school students in We the People, a nationally recognized civics and constitutional law program. He brings that same commitment to clear communication and thoughtful advocacy to his legal practice, ensuring clients feel informed and supported at every stage of their case. Outside of the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two golden retrievers.
