Katherine A. Harmon

Kathy is a Certified Family Law Specialist, as certified by the Family Law Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. She was named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star, in 2010, 2011, and 2012. Kathy has extensive experience representing clients at both the state and appellate court levels in all aspects of family law, including adoptions (child and adult), child support establishment and arrearages, cohabitation agreements, custody proceedings, divorce and legal separation, domestic partnership agreements, grandparent custody and visitation, guardianships, jurisdictional matters involving child support, custody, and parenting time, modification proceedings (custody, parenting time and child support), paternity actions, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and protective orders. Kathy believes the key to her successful representation of her clients is her ability to have the knowledge and preparation necessary to aggressively represent her clients in court while also having the ability to problem-solve and reach creative solutions to avoid the necessity of a hearing if possible. Kathy is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
