Kelly Cicillian

Kelly was born and raised in Will County, Illinois but moved to Northwest Indiana for law school in 2003 and has been a proud Hoosier for the last 20 years. Kelly attended Valparaiso University School of Law where she participated in Moot Court (Appellate Advocacy) and was editor-in-chief of the school’s student run publication. After law school Kelly worked one year in insurance defense and then quickly learned that she wanted to help people who had been injured. Kelly has dedicated the last 16 years of her career to representing individuals who have been injured as a result of the carelessness of others. Kelly joined Hensley Legal Group in 2023 and is looking forward to continuing to passionately represent people who have been severely injured. Kelly has experience in handling many kinds of personal injury cases including: automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, dog bites, slip & fall, trip & fall, invasion of privacy, voyeurism, asbestos exposure, defective products, swimming pool accidents, dram shop liability and wrongful death. Outside the office, Kelly and her husband have a blended household of four children who all play sports. Kelly can usually be found at a baseball field, football field or in the gym at a local sports event. Kelly resides in Porter County and is active in her community previously serving in Christian ministries and as a board member at the YMCA. Kelly enjoys the outdoors including camping, concerts, and sporting events.
