Marianne R. Tucker

Marianne R. Tucker was born in South Bend, Indiana. She was admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, including the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana in 2016. Marianne received her B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2004 from Indiana University, in South Bend, Indiana and her J.D. cum laude from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 2016. While in law school, Marianne was a Research Assistant, researching legal ethics issues, as well as a Teaching Assistant for Personal and Professional Responsibility classes. Marianne received 9 Certificates of Merit and was on the Dean's List and Honor Roll throughout her entire law school career. Marianne speaks fluent Italian. Marianne is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association and practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, Collections, Bankruptcy, Business and Corporate Law.
