Patrick A. Ziepolt

Patrick Ziepolt is an attorney in Mallor Grodner Plummer Attorneys' business services and litigation practice areas. Patrick litigates on behalf of businesses and individuals. He appears in Indiana trial and appellate courts, Indiana federal courts, state licensing and disciplinary proceedings, arbitrations, and college and university proceedings. His work ranges from pre-suit negotiation through jury verdict through appeal to this State's highest court. Patrick's experience in commercial law includes advocating for businesses, minority owners, and majority owners in breach-of-contract and fiduciary-duty disputes.
