About Thomas D. Webster PhD, JD
I am a patent attorney not because I dreamed of becoming one as a child and pursued a course of study in college to get there. Rather, I set out to be a research scientist and ultimately earned an undergraduate degree in chemistry, and Master’s and PhD degrees in biochemistry. Then, the destiny set for me by the Lord from the beginning intervened and I found myself in law school to become a lawyer. Today, I enthusiastically serve the entrepreneurial community as a patent lawyer representing sole inventors and corporate clients in all areas of technology from simple mechanical inventions to high tech chemical and biotech inventions.
